Домашен кетчуп
Продукти:
Домати - 10 кг. минати през машинка за отделяне на люспи и семки ;
сол - 3 с.л. ;
захар - една чаена чаша ;
оцет - една ч.ч.;
вино - една ч.ч.;
карамфил - една кафена лъжичка / смлян / ;
канела - една к.л. ;
чубрица - 3 с.л.;
лук - една с.л. - настърган ;
хрян - 1 с.л. - настърган ;
Доматения сок се изварява до желаната гъстота с лука. Прибавят се подправките. Вари се дестина минути и се насипва в чисти бурканчета, които се заваряват десет минути.
Лично на мен не ми харесва готовия кетчуп и въобще кетчупа. Ползувам го само през зимата.
